With a background in competitive sports, including college soccer and roller derby, Marci’s passion for movement led her to establish a private fitness studio after the pandemic. Her coaching philosophy goes beyond fitness, integrating holistic health practices to promote sustainability for both the body and the environment. Marci specializes in pain-free movement, balance, strength, and stability for clients ranging from their mid-30s to mid-70s, offering in-person sessions, partner training, nutrition counseling, and online programs.
